Open gardens at Hemingby
'˜Come into the Garden Maud' as the Wolds-born poet Tennyson once said.
On this occasion, it is an invitation from residents waiting to welcome visitors on Saturday, June 18, when there will be several gardens open. Go along between 11am and 5pm to wander at leisure through the various gardens.
There will be lots of other attractions to enjoy, too, including front garden displays arranged around the theme of poems connected to nature or gardens, various stalls and, of course, refreshments, which will be available for visitors as they pause for a rest from their garden tour.
