Hide AdA Eurogarages spokesman, Tom Jeremiah said it was “early days” and they were still in negotiations with KFC and had not yet had approval to use the franchise in Sleaford, but he confirmed the company was looking at converting the existing Little Chef restaurant at Holdingham if given the go-ahead.
He said: “There are no guarantees that it will happen, but we try to stay one step ahead of the curve because it takes six months to train a general manager.” This way they would not be waiting to train up staff if and when approval is given.
