CORONAVIRUS: Council's latest list of school closures
Exams planned for May and June will now be cancelled.
Skegness Grammar School was one of the first to announce partially closure and is introducing home learning for Years 8, 9 and 10.
In a letter sent home to parents, the school said that "unfortunately, in light of the government's announcement last night and after consultation with the David Ross Trust, we have made the decision to partially close SGS based on safe staffing levels and isolation advice."

It is expected the partial closure will last at least this week.
The school continued to say: "These are very uncertain and worrying times and we want to assure you that student safety is of highest priority.’
Parents working in front line services have been advised they should contact the school for help with childcare.

Aide Turner, a Year 9 student said he is "glad schools are closing and that’s it’s in the best interest of the safety of students and staff."
Although no official closures so far, parents have already been keeping students away from Skegness Academy, according to one father.
He told the Stahdard: "My son said that there were only 10 kids left in his class by the end of today. The playground at lunchtime was almost empty."
