Louth man banned after crack cocaine driving conviction
Adam Edge, 46, of Park Avenue, admitted the offence at Boston Magistrates’ Court on April 7.
Prosecuting, Emma Cornell said police saw Edge driving a Peugeot car at speed at 2.30am on July 8 last year and striking the offside kerb when he turned into Monks’ Dyke Road.

Hide AdShe said he admitted to officers to being a drugs user and he failed a drugs wipe, later providing an analysis showing 398 micrograms of crack cocaine in his bloodstream, the legal limit being 50.
In court, Edge told the magistrates he was ‘ashamed of himself’.
He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £119 in court costs and charges. He was also banned from driving for a year.
