A 21-year-old man has been charged with threatening a person with a '˜blade' in a racially aggravated public order offence in Skegness.
Ashley Stephen Place (21), of Berry Way, Skegness, has been charged with threatening a person with a blade/sharply pointed object in a public place, a racially aggravated public order offence, and resisting arrest.
Place was arrested in connection with an incident that happened on Sandbeck Avenue/Richmond Drive on Thursday.
Place appeared before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
