Mansfield pensioner's foul-mouthed tirade at bus station
Frank Roberts was “voicing opinions in a very loud manner and using bad language” within earshot of other people, just before 8pm, on February 6, said Robert Carr, prosecuting.
“He was asked to mind his language. He continued to complain about the heating and advised other passengers to complain.”

“He was told to leave and he did so, swearing as he went,” added Mr Carr.
Chris Lacey, mitigating, said Roberts, who suffers from angina, appeared at court last week, charged with common assault.
The charge was withdrawn and Roberts, 67, of Northfield Park, Mansfield Woodhouse, admitted threatening behaviour when he appeared before magistates at Mansfield on Thursday.
