Louth and Horncastle ‘Extinction Rebellion’ groups gather for climate emergency protest
Alison Fairchild, from Horncastle Climate Action, said: “We gathered in the Market Place and walked to the Conservative Party office with a letter to MP Victoria Atkins to keep up the momentum on action to prevent the climate crisis.”
Prior to the protest, the groups wrote an open letter to MS Atkins.

Hide AdIn the letter, Extinction Rebellion says the Government’s actions “fall well short” of its own target of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, which the protesters describe as being a “woefully inadequate” target.
