Schools launch virtual tours
This year owing, to the coronavirus, visitors are not allowed on site, so the schools have created some videos to give youngsters and their families a real insight into what they have to offer.
The videos, featuring tours of the schools and interviews with Headteacher Paul Bargh, will be premiered on Frithville Primary School and New York Primary School websites at 4pm on Friday, December 4.

“Starting primary school is such a significant milestone in any child’s life and we want to make that process as smooth as possible, particularly during these challenging times.
“Both our schools work hard to meet the needs of children in our care and have so much to offer in terms of excellent facilities, a bespoke curriculum and opportunities to participate in extracurricular clubs and activities.
“We hope the videos will help prospective pupils and their parents get to know the staff and students a little bit better before they join us in September next year.”
