Richard Willis wins Sleaford Town Council by election for the Conservatives

Conservative candidate Richard James Willis has won the by-election for the vacant Sleaford Town Council Mareham Ward seat - by just eight votes.
Mr Willis was elected with 148 votes, beating Michael Christopher Flint of Lincolnshire Independents who received 140 votes.
There was one spoiled ballot paper and the turn out was 289 (15.41 per cent).
