Top spot for Ordsall Bridon
The Retford club hammered Notts and Arnold Amateur on Saturday, before a second win – this time over Worksop – on Monday.
At Ordsall, Notts and Arnold were dismissed for 144 runs, Tim Miles taking an impressive 7 for 38, Stuart Goodall taking 3 fo r 16.

Hide AdIn reply, Paul van den Heuval was unbeaten on 75, and Miles added 57, Ordsall Bridon making 147 for 2 to take 20 points.
And on Monday at Central Avenue, hosts Worksop were dismissed for 180, Goodall int he wickets again with 5 for 23, James Brice also starring with his 3 for 40.
With the bat, David Hagan was unbeaten on 80, as Ordsall Bridon knocked off the required runs for the loss of four wickets.
The two victories put them 13 points clear at the top of the table, ahead of second placed Glapwell Colliery.

Hide AdAt the other end of the table, Retford are third from bottom on 31 points, after their winless streak stretched to six games.
On Saturday the Cricket Field Lane men hosted Glapwell, and were beaten by five wickets.
Retford made 206 for 6, Pascal Broadley top scoring with 83 and John Musgrove supporting with 42 runs.
But despite Hayden Green’s (4 for 62) efforts with the ball, Glapwell reached the target with five wickets down.

Hide AdMonday’s trip to Anston yielded just two points for Retford, as the home side set a daunting total of 367 for 4.
In reply, Retford made 140 before beingbowled out, Joe Mittioli’s 56 the highlight.
North Wheatley with Leverton were beaten by Thoresby Colliery by seven wickets on Saturday, but bounced back to beat Cuckney II by 122 runs on Monday.
Wayne Harrison, Richard Robinson and Dwight Thomas all notched half centuries to beat Cuckney.
