Boston Rugby Club’s relegation from the Midlands 3 East (North) was confirmed following a heavy defeat againstt Kesteven.

To Boston’s credit, they battled to keep in the game and when they had the ball, which was not often, they looked to attack Kesteven out wide.
The scoreboard continued to turn over to see Boston enter half time 0-40 behind.
The second half was a more even affair, as good tactical kicking from Herbie Laidlaw and Zac Chapman pinned Kesteven in their own half.
The hail and wind made handling difficult for both sides.
